How is the charging processed and how do I make a payment?
  The invoice has to be paid immediately after finishing the purchase order. You can find our service prices in our price catalogue. Payable within 7 days of receipt via bank transfer.
 
Do I need to sign a contract for a certain period?
  No. The contract ends automatically with the transmission of the work result and with the final report of back-office-support.com.
 
How do I place an order that needs to be fulfilled within a certain period of time?
  Urgent orders need to be provided via our contact form. Please inform us when a purchase order is terminated and specify the deadline. If we are not able to finish your order on time based on our own estimation, we will inform you immediately.
 
Can you undertake online purchases or travel bookings for me?
  Yes, so far all required information is sent to us. In certain cases the following information is needed: e.g. credit card number, passport number, date of birth. The completion of online purchases or bookings will be carried out by leading employees.
